You can now place your order online using your credit or debit card for immediate payment. 

Simply follow these steps to order online:


Add products to shopping basket

Add everything you would like to buy, checking the quantities are correct when you are in the shopping basket. Once you have finished your shopping, select the correct delivery option. Please remember to click the update button each time you make a change to your basket.

Once you have selected all of the product/s you wish to order, you can proceed to the checkout.         
Click on checkout to go ahead with the order. 

Checkout
Existing customers
If you are an existing customer, log in using your user name and password. Your username is your email address/ If you have forgotten your  password you are able to click password reminder.  

New customers
If you are a new customer, you will need to create an account 

Delivery
We can deliver to any UK mainland address as well as european and international destinations. You are required to select the appropriate delivery option when placing your order. We reserve the right to suspend orders if incorrect delivery options have been chosen. We will contact you to discuss this.               

Online secure payment
This website is designed for all customers to pay via our online secure HSBC Credit Card payment system, Global Iris. We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, Solo Maestro, Visa Delta. 

In the event that this is not possible for you, we are happy to accept payment by cheque but goods will only be despatched once payment has cleared. 

Emailed confirmation
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming the details of despatch. 

YOU CAN VIEW YOUR ORDER PROGRESS AT ANY ONLINE BY LOGGING IN AS A USER AND CLICKING ON: VIEW ORDER HISTORY.         

Our pledge to you:
We aim to despatch your order within 10 working days of receipt but we reserve the right to extend this timeframe for orders over £100.00 

Owing to the nature of the clothes and gifts we supply and the time of year, we are not able to hold large volumes of all our lines in all sizes at all times. In the event that we are unable to supply something you have ordered within 10 working days, we will inform you within 48 hours of receiving your order to offer a suitable alternative. 

When ordering online an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order together with a full breakdown of costs and an order reference number. 

We guarantee that your personal information will be kept private and secure between Allwag Promotions and the Webshop administrator. We do not sell or rent information or data to any third parties.
