Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm will be despatched same day using the delivery service you select
(excluding bank holiday and Xmas shutdown) . Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a despatch confirmation along with a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may not appear until your parcel has been processed by the carrier.

If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer an estimated restock date, a suitable alternative, or a full refund.
UK Deliveries
We use Royal Mail for domestic shipping, and you can choose your preferred delivery service at checkout. Orders may be delivered between 7am and 9pm. This may vary during peak periods such as Christmas. Please note that we do not deliver on bank holidays—orders scheduled for these dates will arrive on the next working day.
EU Deliveries
Deliveries to EU countries are handled by Royal Mail or DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 working days. This timeframe may vary depending on the postal system of the destination country, and delays can occur due to customs processing or international distribution centres.
Due to Brexit, EU orders may be subject to additional VAT or customs charges once the parcel leaves the UK. By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for these charges. If the recipient refuses to pay, and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item only—delivery charges are non-refundable. If the parcel is disposed of by the postal service, no refund will be issued.
International Deliveries (Outside UK & EU)
Orders to countries outside the UK and EU are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the selected service and may be affected by customs clearance or seasonal delays.
International orders may incur additional taxes or customs fees once they leave the UK. By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for these charges. If the recipient refuses to pay, and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item only—delivery charges are non-refundable. If the parcel is disposed of by the postal service, no refund will be issued.
